Account Closure

Final Payment Authorization:

I authorize Your Best Address to process any final charges related to my account closure, including but not limited to:

1. Outstanding Monthly Fees: Any unpaid mailbox rental fees, prorated if applicable.
2. Outstanding Postage Fees for past forwarded mail.
3. Mail Forwarding Fees: Charges for forwarding remaining mail to the address I have provided.
4. Return-to-Sender or Secure Disposal Fees. If I choose to have my mail disposed of or returned to the sender instead of forwarded.
5. Final Package Handling Charges: If I have unclaimed packages that require forwarding, storage, or disposal.

I acknowledge that:
✅All final charges will be processed using the payment method on file. If my payment method is no longer valid, I agree to provide an updated payment method within 5 business days of my closure request.
✅Fallure to pay outstanding balances may result in collections action and suspension of future services.
✅Final processing of my account will not be completed until all balances are paid in full.

I understand and agree to these terms as part of my account closure request.
